Life in Newport

We live in a vacation town. Needless to say that means we're always out and about doing something. Recently, Jenna came to visit (we went on a lightouse tour and seal cruise!), we went hiking around a wildlife refuge and Purgatory Chasm and today we went to Newport's St. Patrick's Day Parade. Here are some pictures :)

Who knew so many people can play the bagpipes...?

That dog is GREEN!!!

We're definitely having a wonderful time here in Newport, but ordinary every day life is going well also. So far Nate is doing awesome in school. We've been attending Evangelical Friends Church (EFC Newport) and I've gotten plugged into a women's Bible study on Thursday mornings. We're doing Beth Moore's Patriarch study and I'm really enjoying it. And Nate bought me roses this week...just because it was Tuesday :)
